Determination of IC50s of compounds 7, 135, and 201. In the FAM-based nicking assay, various concentrations of the compound were added to the nicking assay mixture with FAMOri20Q and NS1N protein. The fluorescence intensity of each reaction was detected. FAMOri20Q without NS1N was set up as the background. The fluorescence intensity obtained at each concentration was compared with that obtained with DMSO. The IC50 of each inhibitor was calculated using GraphPad Prism software.
