(B) KP4 and PK9 cells were transfected with siRNAs and, 72 h later, cells were lysed to undergo western blotting. (C) Cells were transfected with siRNAs, and the number of viable cells at the indicated time points was evaluated using Cell Counting Kit-8 assays.
