Mean fit values ± SEM are listed for τ₁, τ₂, f_m, b and c. For cells measured at 22 °C, all cells shown in Fig. 5 were included. For data recorded at 37 °C, cells were grouped according to the timepoints of their measurement (5–15 minutes and 25–45 minutes after seeding). N indicates the number of cells in the time group. Data were recorded in at least 2 independent experiments.
