Effects of superfusion with 100 nM losartan on the diameter (A), cytosolic Ca2+ concentration ([Ca2+]CYT; B), and tone [as %passive diameter (PD); C] on exposed femoral arteries in control (Ctrl) and transgenic (TG) mice in vivo.
