microRNA expression analyses. Relative expressions of miR200b, miR-145 and let-7b in endometrial mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) of endometriotic patients and non-endometriotic control group, evaluated by quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). A. miR-200b expression in endometritic MSCs was 4.199 ± 0.6617 fold (P<0.0001) higher than nonendometriotic MSCs, B. miR-145 expression in endometritic MSCs was 0.5467 ± 0.06137 fold (P<0.0001) less than non-endometriotic MSCs, and C.
