(A) We numbered teeth based on position and host bone (only the left teeth are labeled). Teeth P4, M5, and M10 are defined as the enlarged teeth in this specimen. (B) We photographed each tooth individually, and traced the margins. The software converted each outline into 30 equidistant coordinates. Three coordinates were transformed into landmarks (magenta) and the rest into semilandmarks (green). (C) For skulls, we produced an outline from the dorsal perspective, with 50 coordinates on each margin that were transformed into landmarks (magenta) and semilandmarks (green).
