The CHOW (NIH-31) diet contained the following: protein 184.2 g/kg, fat (soybean oil) 44.7 g/kg, fiber 40.5 g/kg (Shen et al., 2006). The DHA/ARA diet contains the following: casein 140 g/kg, sucrose 100 g/kg, cornstarch 465.7 g/kg, dyetrose 155 g/kg, hydrogenated coconut oil 31.6 g/kg.
