Correlation between CNN3 expression and cancer cell invasiveness. (c) Basal expression of CNN3 in different human gastric cancer and breast cancer cell lines. Different human gastric cancer cell lines (MKN-45, MKN-28, SNU-484, SNU-638, and SNU-719) and breast cancer cell lines (SK-BR-3, MDA-MB-435, MDA-MB-231, and MCF-7) were harvested, and western blot analyses were performed to analyze the expression of CNN3 and α-tubulin.
