Effects of inflammasome inhibitor and ROS inhibitor on LPS-induced H9C2 cell injury under HG and H/R conditions. Cell viability was detected by CCK-8 assay (a). The LDH release was detected by LDH activity assays (b). Caspase-1 activity was detected by caspase-1 activity assay kit (c).
