There is mosaic expression of TMEM165 in TMEM165Δ/Δ mammary tissue. In situ immunostaining of fixed and sectioned tissue demonstrates that TMEM165 (red) colocalizes with GM130 (green). 4′,6′-Diamino-2-phenylindole (DAPI; blue) identifies cell nuclei. Some cells within the tissue continue to express TMEM165 in TMEM165Δ/Δ mice, resulting in mosaicism in these mice.
