Table I. MS/MS peptide identification for DMF-treated neurons and astrocytes. Raw data were searched with the Sequest node of Proteome Discover 1.4, using the uniprot_ref_mouse or uniprot_ref_rat databases. The variable modifications of methionine oxidation (MOX), proline hydroxylation (Pox), cysteine pyridylethylation (CPE, 105.058), cysteine succination by fumarate (C2SC, 116.011), cysteine modification by monomethyl fumarate (CMMF, 130.026) or cysteine modification by dimethyl fumarate (CDMF, 144.042) were considered.
