DC (106/well) were infected or not with BCG (MOI 5) for 3 hours and were stimulated or not with HyE-Ov. At 24, 48 and 72 hours after stimulation, supernatants were collected, stored at -20°C and then analysed by ELISA. Data are expressed as means ± SD of culture triplicate values and are representative of at least 2 independent experiments performed on cells from different donors. *p<0.05, **p<0.01 and ***p<0.0001 in comparison with unstimulated either uninfected or BCG-infected control.
