Plasma concentrations of study drugs over time in treatment cycle 1. Blood samples were collected from 10 patients before treatment cycle 1 and at various time points throughout cycle 1. Plasma concentrations of (A) free and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)‐bound aflibercept were determined using validated enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assays.
