In vivo uptake of Xcl1-(OVA SLP)-Fc in skin draining LN. WT and Batf3 KO mice were injected intradermally in the footpad with a mix of 50 μg of CpG and 6 μg of Alexa 488-labeled Xcl1-(OVA SLP)-Fc or Xcl1-Fc fusion proteins.
