FGFR2 inhibits the expression of HIF target genes under hypoxia. DU145 and PC3 cells, which had been co-transfected with si-FGFR2 (a) or FGFR2-FLAG (b) were incubated in normoxic or hypoxic conditions for 24 hours. Cells were lysed for the extraction of RNAs, which were subjected to RT-qPCR for analyzing the mRNA levels of HIF-1/2 target genes.
