The presented data are the average of three biological repeats each. The error bars are the standard deviations of each sample. One-way ANOVA test for statistical significance between material performance at each time point is performed. A 95% confidence interval is indicated by a *, while a 99% is denoted by **. Only the time points used for parameterisation are presented for clarity. The material factor has a significant effect on cell yield in the crucial period of highest proliferation (days 3, 5).
