Patients with preoperative FEV1< 70% of the predicted value and scheduled for elective lobectomy related to lung cancer
Interventions Intervention: NIPPV (bi‐level mode) 1 hour per day + bronchodilators + oral ambroxol + chest physiotherapy
Control: Bronchodilatators + oral ambroxol + chest physiotherapy
