Dose response effect of TILRR overexpression on regulation of inflammation responsive genes: RT² qPCR Primer assay for mRNA transcripts of the 4 immune and inflammation responsive genes in HeLa (A) and VK2/E6E7 (B) cells. Data were analyzed using GeneGlobe Data Analysis Centre (Qiagen) for RT² qPCR Primer assay. Fold induction for individual gene in each concentration of TILRR-plasmid DNA transfected cells expressed as relative to levels of the respected concentration of empty vector transfected control and show mean ± SEM of three independent experiments. All data were normalized against HPRT1 housekeeping gene. The statistical comparisons conducted using student t-test, all p < 0.05 were reported and indicated using an asterisks' ^*p < 0.05, ^**p < 0.01, and ^***p < 0.001.
