DNA methylation is increased at the Thy1 gene in fat tissue of mice on an HFD. A) Average percentage of DNA methylation of Thy1-CGI1 showed an increase in methylation in fat tissue isolated from male mice on an HFD compared with mice on a standard chow diet.
