Initial post-chemoradiotherapy (B) images demonstrate significantly increased enhancement at the tumor site. Due to associated symptoms, the patient underwent resection of this region. Pathology showed primarily radiation effect. Post-operative MR (C) demonstrates no significant residual disease, confirming the previous findings represented pseudoprogression. 2-year follow-up imaging (D) demonstrates stability despite lack of additional interval treatment.
