Total body deletion of E‐prostanoid 4 receptor leads to elevated baseline blood pressure (BP) and salt sensitivity. A, Mean arterial pressure (MAP), measured by radio telemetry, was significantly higher in total‐body knockout (TBKO) mice compared with controls at baseline and during low‐salt (LS) or high‐salt (HS) feeding. Feeding an LS diet had no effect on BP in the control mice; however, MAP increased significantly in both groups with HS feeding.
