DSE modulates CCL5-induced malignant phenotypes in HCC cells. (A) Overexpression of DSE decreases CCL5-induced cell viability in Hepa1-6 cells. (B) Knockdown of DSE enhances CCL5-triggered cell viability in HA22T cells. Cells were culture with 5% FBS with or without CCL5 for indicated duration. Cell viability was determined using a CCK-8 assay. Fold changes of 450 nm absorbance were shown.
