DANCR promotes NSCLC cell proliferation, migration and invasion. A. The DANCR expression was overexpressed in H1299 cells. The relative DANCR expression in H1299 cells with DANCR overexpression was detected by qRT-PCR. B. The DANCR expression was silenced in A549 cells by two different shRNAs. The relative DANCR expression in A549 cells with DANCR knockdown was detected by qRT-PCR. C. DANCR knockdown inhibited cellular proliferation in A549 cells on the basis of CCK8 assays. D.
