Extremely Low Pathogenesis of 53a-CVB in Mice Transplanted with H1299 Cells

H1299 cells (5 × 10⁶) were transplanted s.c. into BALB/c nude mice; then the indicated viruses or vehicle controls were inoculated with 5 × 10⁶ TCID₅₀ 2 days after transplantation. (A) Mouse blood samples were collected 2 days post-infection, followed by immediate analysis of serum ALT, AST, LDH, and amylase.
