Assessment of cell viability using Trypan Blue dye and MTT assay on MCF-7 cells after treatment with (A) SAHA and (B) RG7388. The effect of 24 h treatment on MCF-7 cell viability was assessed using 0.5, 2.5, 5.0, 7.5, and 10.0 µM concentrations of SAHA and 1.0, 2.0, 2.5, 5.0, and 7.5 µM concentrations of RG7388.
