After 17 days in culture the slice was infected with 1800 FFU of FeMV-GT2-Gordon strain or mock-infected. At day 10 p.i. slices were fixed and stained with an α-FeMV-nucleoprotein antibody (shown in green). Cell nuclei were stained with DAPI (shown in blue).
