Mice spleens, livers and lungs were collected at days 1, 7, 21 and 28 after vaccination with live RB51 and live RB51WboAKF. The Brucella CFUs in these organs were determined as described in Materials and Methods. Results are shown as mean ± standard deviation (n = 3) of the log CFU of Brucella recovered from each organ.
