COPB2 infection efficiency and gene knockdown efficiency in BGC-823 cells. (A) Lv-shCOPB2-infected BGC-823 cells under open field observation and dark field observation. Magnification, ×100. Infection rate of Lv-shCOPB2 and Lv-shCtrl was >80%.
