Effects of COPB2 gene knockdown on apoptosis, as determined by fluorescence-activated cell sorting detection. (A) Images of Lv-shCOPB2 and Lv-shCtrl groups demonstrating the level of apoptosis in BGC-823 cells following infection. (B) A total of 5 days post-infection, the percentage of apoptosis in BGC-823 cells from the Lv-shCOPB2 group was significantly increased compared with in the Lv-shCtrl group (P<0.001), thus suggesting that the COPB2 gene may be associated with apoptosis of BGC-823 cells. ***P<0.01, compared with the Lv-shCtrl group.
