The effect of vitamin D derivatives on the proliferation of human melanoma A375 cells that were treated with dacarbazine. melanoma A375 cells were treated with serial dilutions of dacarbazine (0.15-10 µM) in combination with 10 nM (A) 1α,25(OH)₂D3, (B) 20(OH)D3, (C) 21(OH)pD or (D) calcipotriol for 48 h. The results are representative of three experiments (n=6).
