The top 20 enriched KEGG pathways in inferior grains of rice subjected to moderate soil drying during grain filling. The indica rice variety YD6 (YD) was used and plants were either well-watered controls (CK) or subjected to moderate drying (MD) of the soil. Samples were taken at 12 d after anthesis (DAA), 18 DAA, and 24 DAA.
