Unless otherwise specified, the fluid kinematic viscosity is ν = 0.01 cm2/s. Uncertainty is 0.0002 cm2/s on the kinematic viscosity due to variations in fluid temperature, 0.05 mm on the radii and 2 mg on the mass.
