Cell viability assay of the selected AR ligands
Five AR ligands HBP1-3, HBP1-17, HBP1-38, HBP1-51, and HBP1-58 were analyzed with various prostate cancer cell lines including LNCaP (A), C4-2 (B), and DU145 (C). Enz and Bic were taken as controls. The cell viability assay was repeated at least 3 times for each compound at each concentration. Viability of cells without treatment of compound was set as 100%.
