The antitumor effect of combined treatment with ATO and GEM. Pancreatic cancer cells were treated with either 3 µM arsenic trioxide (ATO) or 20 µM GEM, or co-treated with 3 µM ATO and 20 µM gemcitabine (GEM) for 48 h, and the number of viable cells was determined using the MTT assay.
