Loss of GSK3β is sufficient for overriding TIMP2 induction in primary podocytes exposed to TGFβ1. Primary podocytes were prepared from mice with podocyte specific knockout of GSK3β (KO) or control mice (Con) and treated with vehicle or TGFβ1 (10 ng/ml) for 48 h. A.
