Evaluation of the effect of HSN431 on protein phosphorylation in MV4–11 cells. Cells were treated with 2 nM or 10 nM HSN431 for 6 h and 48 h and protein extracts were probed with primary antibodies of (a) phospho-FLT3, FLT3 phospho-STAT5 and STAT5 and (b) phospho-STAT3 and STAT3. Primary antibodies of indicated kinases or proteins were detected using anti-rabbit or anti-mouse secondary antibodies. Scanned images were analyzed using image J software.
