CLLV-1 decreases the phosphorylation of AKT but not MAPKs in fMLF-activated human neutrophils. Human neutrophils were incubated with CLLV-1 (0.3–3 μM) for 5 min before stimulation with or without fMLF (0.1 μM)/CB (1 μg/mL). Phosphorylation of (a) AKT, (b) ERK, (c) JNK, or (d) p38 MAPK was analyzed by immunoblotting using antibodies against the phosphorylated form and the total of each protein.
