Twenty-one day old (A) Clcn7^WT/WT and (B) Clcn7^Flox/Flox mice were sacrificed and then X-ray and μCT imaging were performed on femurs. A severe osteopetrotic phenotype with high bone mass is present in mutant mice. Pictures are representative of 5 mice per group.
