B, light-minus-dark difference absorption spectra of Rh-PDE(TMD) with >500 nm light (black line) at 295 K. Hydrated films of Rh-PDE(TMD) in membranes (POPE/POPG = 3:1) with H2O were used for the measurements, whose sample conditions were identical for FTIR spectroscopy. One division of the y axis corresponds to 0.19 absorbance units.
