(B) WT BMDMs were incubated with CVB3 (MOI = 10) and LTE4 (100 nM) for 12 or 24 h. Levels of the pro-inflammatory cytokines TNF-α, IL-6, and MCP-1 in the supernatants were detected by ELISA.
