TLR7 augments MBCs generation and promotes secondary immune responses. TLR7^−/− and WT mice were immunized i.m. with 10⁶ FFU LBNSE in the hind legs. Draining lymph nodes were collected at indicated time points. Total 10⁵ events were acquired for quantification of MBCs (B220⁺CD38⁺CD138⁻).
