KS-Cul3−/− mice display CKD phenotype. Hyperkalemia, renal failure, anemia and other abnormal blood values 8 months after Cul3 deletion. Data represent the mean ± SEM. P values were calculated by unpaired, two-tailed, t test obtained from 8 CTRL vs. 5 KS-Cul3−/− mice.
