(A) Prediction of binding sites between miR-141 and BDH2; Luciferase reporter assays demonstrated that miR-141 mimics significantly decreased the luciferase activity of BDH2 WT HEK293T cells but did not affect that of BDH2 MUT. (B) BDH2 was significantly up-regulated in pancreatic cancer tissue compared with adjacent normal tissue. (C) BDH2 expression in pancreatic cancer cells transfected with miR-141 mimics.
