Gastrointestinal symptoms in TNX deficient patients and healthy controls
The severity of gastrointestinal symptoms assessed using the GSRS scores (means and 95% confidence interval) in patients with TNX deficiency (n = 11) and healthy controls (n = 2162). Abdominal pain, reflux and indigestion were significantly higher in TNX deficient patients compared to Swedish controls (**** P < 0.0001). Statistical analysis was performed using a two‐way ANOVA (Sidak multiple comparison test).
