ELTD1 expression in vivo significantly decreases in G55 glioma-bearing mice treated with anti-VEGFR2 Ab treatment. Differences in T1 relaxation (indicated presence of an ELTD1-targeting molecular MR imaging probe) were significantly reduced for anti-VEGFR2 Ab-treated mice, compared to untreated animals (n = 5 for each group) (P < 0.05). IgG-treated mice (n = 5) also had significantly reduced differences in T1 relaxation, when compared to UT mice (P < 0.01). Mean ± SD.
