Concentration response curves showing the relaxant effect of (a) Aa.Cr, (b) Aa.DCM, (c) Aa.Aq, and (d) Verapamil against high-K+ and carbachol (CCh) induced contractions in isolated rat tracheal tissue. Data values are represented as mean ± SEM of 5-8 individual experiments. Two-Way ANOVA followed by Tukey's post-test was utilized to determine the significant difference among various doses of extract on carbachol and high-K+ induced contraction.  P<0.05,  ∗∗ P<0.01,  ∗∗∗ P<0.001 indicate the specified effect compared with the effect of preceding dose.
