Similarity value (SV) was used to evaluate the accuracy of the discriminating metabolite. Variable importance in the projection (VIP) was obtained from OPLS-DA with a threshold of 1.0. p-Value was calculated from Student's t-test. The red and blue arrows indicate up and down trends.
