Genotyping primer sequences

Depdc5 transgene primers detect the presence of the floxed allele (Depdc5^{tm1c(EUCOMMHmgu)}). See Fig. S1 for more details (and a gene map of what the primers detect) or the wildtype allele. The CRE primers detect the presence or absence of the transgene Tg(ACTA1-cre/Esr1*)2Kesr but cannot detect homo- or heterozygosity.
