Figure 2 (Movie II).

Figure 2 (Movie II).

Ripple mapping conduction channel (RMCC) in another patient. The map was collected in sinus rhythm and the movie could show the direction of ripple activation, Design lines have outlined the path of RMCC activation. Scar (<1.0mV) was identified on the epicardium of ARVC/D patient. A, the terminal end of the first wavefront of Ripple bars (white and yellow arrows) is seen at +55ms post QRS onset. B, the terminal end of the first wavefront of Ripple bars (white and yellow arrows) is seen at +92ms post QRS onset. C and D show the ablation site in voltage map and in isochronal late activation maps separately. Ablation lesions are shown around the terminate site (blue point) and circumferentially outside the latest isochrones of activation. E, Entrainment at the terminate site (blue point). VT was successfully entrained (PPI-TCL=13 ms) and terminated outside RMCC and the latest isochrones (the purple), however, there has been recurrence of VT during a follow-up period about 58 months.
