Search Strategy: EMBASE, MEDLINE and PubMed from 2016 to present. Previous Adis Drug Evaluation published in 2016 was hand-searched for relevant data. Clinical trial registries/databases and websites were also searched for relevant data. Key words were secukinumab, Cosentyx, AIN-457, ankylosing spondylitis, spondyloarthritis.
